Unless you're lucky, you will not find an easy answer to that question.
If your BIOS supports booting to a USB drive, load 95 on a $20 stick.

DOSBox or VMWare
(probably overkill) may work for you. Try DOSBox first.

Virtual PC - which is free - will allow you to install a virtual windows 95 machine
inside XP - assuming you have a 95 install CD (like vmware mentioned by another reply,
but free). Dosbox is just for dos programs - I don't know if your program is dos
or windows.
