Do you have a test or model account on the domain that the user can try from the same computer? I'm not sure what you are getting at with testing with a different user. I can make another user and have him try that if that's what you are suggesting. This is what the user said about error messages: "There is no message from Outlook. It just tries to keep connecting and finally times out." I personally haven't seen the issue yet, and I am going to hopefully get a chance to try this outside of the office myself. I can't test it now since I'm on the internal network at the moment. I'm just trying to get ideas for how to respond since Google isn't offering much help. I'm starting to believe it is something with the cisco vpn client, but I have no idea what.
