MS IE Startsup Automatically

Hi there, I have a new Dell Laptop and it seems to be going strange lately that IE starts to open every time I boot up the computer. I looked in the startup folders for all and other accounts as well as looking into the registry if IE starts. Also, I have looked into msconfig file which does not show IE to start everytime windows starts. BTW, I have setup my computer in the options of IE to start or load our company webpage and seems to be starting IE as an executable. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

You can set a Web page as a Desktop Background, and if you did this then Windows
will sync the Page when you startup.

You could try the fix detailed here in my experience regardless which window pops
up on boot up, apparently the cause is always the same, but whatever if the fix does
not work it will do no harm
