Well here goes, ive got a really bad virus, ive scanned with node32, ad-aware, system mechanic, got rid of everything i can. and it's still hi-jacked my google, pop-ups all the time on websites.. so im at a loss, then someone told me i could system restore i go on system restore option, select a system restore date and when im at the next point, it wont let me click next... So, i try different system restore points but it still wont work =( my computer is running so slow at the moment and i know someones put a pretty big and complicated virus on my computer as none of the anti virus can pick it up. ive also had the blue screen of death a couple of times. PLEASE someone help :) Chris

First off, check in A/R for anything suspicious you don't recognize as having installed
yourself. Uninstall, if possible. If unsure, ask first. The restore points are likely
corrupt, since you've got an infection, so disable it to clear out all previous restore
points. Reboot. Then create a new one, so you have something to fall back on. It's
only for temporary, since it contains infected files.

Next, clear out all temp files with CCleaner, if you have it. Then download, install
and update MalwareBytes' anti-malware. It's one of the best, and it's free. Run a
scan:
Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

You'll need to get any further help on a malware support forum. Follow preliminary
cleaning steps on one of these forums. Register and post on their forum for further
help, if needed. Post on only ONE forum.

To help prevent future malware infections, STOP using IE as your main browser.
Switch to a more secure, less malware prone browser as your main browser. IE is extremely
vulnerable to malware infections. Firefox and Opera are recommended alternatives
by security experts. Additionally, consider using a HOSTS file. See the link below
for more info.
