Maybe get a copy from someone you know and put it in System32 dir. If i rename Taskmgr I can run it and it all works fine. I read up that some virus's can block access to taskmgr and the "ctrl alt del" shortcut, but i've updated my virus deffinitions and run 3 scans and found nothing. That's no indication your system's not infected. In your initial post you said, "Looked it up on google and deleted the files that were spyware.." What exactly did you find on Google, and what were you looking up? Said you deleted files that were spyware, so do you have a link to the page you used for reference?
