Right click "My Computer" > Select Properties > Advanced Tab > Click the button under
Performance. This opens the Peformance Options. Select the Advanced Tab. Under
Virtual Memory, click the change button. Select the custom size option and set the
Initial Size and Maximum Size to 1500 each. Click the Set button and then OK. You
may have to restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

Clarify what you mean... disk storage is not referred to as memory. Are you low in
disk space or in memory - RAM?

Then don't use the words low memory.
How much space do you have on each drive?
You can (and should) move your My Documents Folder to another drive, read below:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310147
You can also move your swap file to another drive.
There are a lot more things that you can do but all of that is easily found with
a google search and it is a pita to rewrite what is easy to find.
