Saving my current system drivers

Hi guys, im about to reinstall xp and im wondering is there a way i can grab all
my drivers from my machine before hand so i dont have to search for them online after.
Its the same windows xp and drivers that the machine was bought. thanks alot for
reading my post.

google? what is this google you talk of. sounds like the devils work i tell thee.
ofc i tried google :P i can find lots of software that allows me to do it, but
i cant find any information on how to do it manually. as i cannot download anything
which is one of the main reasons im reinstalling windows im trying to find a built
in function or way to do it manually.

There is nothing built into Windows, nor do you have any hope of doing it manually.
If you told us more about your computer, we could probably tell you how to proceed.
The key is to have the ethernet drivers, if you have those, you can then download
everything you need from the net.

I would advise against using drivers from an infected install anyway. As Ricer said,
d-load the ethernet and/or modem drivers and worry about the rest later. Most should
be on the manufacturer's site.
You can use Msinfo32.exe --> Components category to export a text file of your driver
information. Make a copy of the text file and compare against the device manager
to cut away any information (like IRQ assignment) you probably will not even look
at. Put both information files (full and edited) on portable media, along with the
network drivers, and then begin your wipe/install.
