If you told us more about your computer, we could probably tell you how to proceed. The key is to have the ethernet drivers, if you have those, you can then download everything you need from the net. As Ricer said, d-load the ethernet and/or modem drivers and worry about the rest later. Most should be on the manufacturer's site. You can use Msinfo32.exe --> Components category to export a text file of your driver information. Make a copy of the text file and compare against the device manager to cut away any information (like IRQ assignment) you probably will not even look at. Put both information files (full and edited) on portable media, along with the network drivers, and then begin your wipe/install.
