Hi Rd,
Your information is hopelessly inadequate. Please be more specific.

That's a rather odd way to request help. Your idea of the best anti-spy software,
doesn't tell us much either. It could be rogue, for all we know. In fact, don't run
the SpyHunter program another poster linked you to.
For starters, check Add/Remove for anything suspect you don't recognize as having
installed yourself. Uninstall it/them if possible, unless you're unsure.
Clear out all temp folders, etc. for all users with CCleaner. CCleaner.
Before running the scan, click Options and specify any Cookies you don't want removed.
Uncheck the box that says, "don't remove temp files less than 48 hrs. old.
Download, install and update MalwareBytes' anti-malware... run a scan..

What software are we talking about? You said you used the best, but to who's standards?
Have you tried Malwarebytes or Superantispyware?

No, he shouldn't try that, mikey. It's SpyHunter, which was previously on the list
of Rogue anti-malware apps. It, and any others like it, should be avoided.
This is the main reason it's best not to advise users on malware issues, if you're
not very well informed on the topic. That can cause even worse problems, and rip
people off besides.

There's a little more to giving advice than just Googling and posting the result.
Many malicious sites are hoping people do just that - please don't make their life
easier !
Thanks

I appreciate all the comments.. rest assured I will not jump on new offers to buy
something. I have both Malwarebytes and superantispyware. I use Avast as anti virus.
I ran Superantispyware yesterday afternoon [after a round of golf] and the list of
invasions exceeded the form. Not to say I have tried every thing yet I have removed
all cookies.. I have cleaned and re cleaned. I have removed about every program other
than those necessary to operate. This casalemedia stuff is the worse I have ever
encountered. My system is extremely slow to come up [foxfire and outlook].. once
up and running both seem to operated normally. I am going to take the advice of one
that recommended I drop in on another forum. I thank each of you for the advice..
what ever you do .. do not go near any site this casalemedia might be.. I am sure
the anti virus and spy folks will find a way soon to sort it out.
