free, and simple way for a intermediate skilled user to clean up a cluttered system.......thanks

Best to leave them be. Registry "clutter" is harmless in most cases and cleaners
are risky endeavors. Just delete any folders they leave behind and move on unless
the traces are causing you trouble in which case check with the program's maker for
how to remove stuff.

it. You might also consider CCleaner, also free for ridding your system of useless
files from the Internet.
