Try installing, and Running MBAM if you haven't already

MBAM? System Security will not let me install anything I download.

With your system not allowing you to run Malwarebytes Antimalware program, then you 
are highly infected.  Please run a full barage of programs on that drive.  A full 
virus scan using AVG Free edition and Download and run combofix and post the log 
that it creates back here.  After running everything download and post a hijackthis 
log.

I was able to run MBAM in safe mode. It did the trick so far. Thanks.
