Driver inaccessibility

Using different search engines, etc. I have been trying to find a download for the Texas Instruments PCI 1400(card controller) I am getting nowhere. When I find a site which supposedly has the driver, clicking on the download switches me to a mirror which then takes me to Microsoft Update. How to I cut the nonsense out and go directly to a site which has the driver? MS does not.

try Texas Instruments's support site. If they don’t have one no one will.
