Hide the tools menu in internet explorer 7

Hello, I have a computer running XP Pro Sp3 with Internet Explorer 7. I want to disable the tools from the menu bar in Internet Explorer 7. (not the toolbars under view) This computer is not part of a domain, it is part of a workgroup. The user account is used by the public and I they don't need access to the tools on the menu bar. The reason I am trying to find a way to do this through the registry, is that instead of disabling everything one by one. I would like to do it all at once. Is that possible to do what I want from the registry? I am familiar with gpedit, but there is nothing in there that will hide the tools. Thanks, jonjon

What about popup blocker. It's on that menu. Compatiblity View also. Maybe this is possible via Group Policy?

I rarely return to a problem once I've answered it so make sure you clearly define what the trouble is.

I want to disable the tools menu from the menu bar in internet explorer 7. That is what I want to accomplish.
