I am trying to do a fresh install on a new HDD and during the loading of the windows core programs it's getting stuck on " kernel debugger dll" and won't install any further. I tried the process of elimination "thinking it may be a piece of hardware" and is still getting stuck on that one DLL file. I need help lol......please
