I have a Toshiba Laptop but of late it has been showing me an error message when i boot. The error is that Disk Error and the only option is Ctrl+Alt+Del to reboot. When I do so it shows me Error 0210: Stuck Key 40 and the only options given are Press F1 to Boot or Press F10 for Computer Setup. Please if you have any idea to help me then plz do so thank you

That is what it says it is - a stuck key on your keyboard. you will not be able to boot to Windows until it is unstuck. I expect you will get the same answer on the other forum you posted it to - Tom's Hardware - which is the better place for this discussion.

It seems nothing to do with the keyboard. It is the result of an unclean shutdown. If you can access the panel Add Remove hardware then click upon it and then follow what it says. But if the OS does not load you can't do it and would need a bootable medium. I have been trying to see whether it can be done without a boot disc but so far no go. You can also download Knoppix and start your computer with it and see if you can find the needed panel. Cheers
