My Laptop displays stuck Key 40 Error 0210 which is the best solution for my laptop? and again is it possible to identify the specific key to be resolved? Thank you

While holding the Laptop upside Down, I brush the Keyboard with a 3 to 4 inch Chip Brush, and shake lightly.

Why do you have to be upside down to do that ? Don't you get dizzy ?
