I don't think the real thing is available for download, did you get a "license" number

If you downloaded it from a Microsoft website then talk to Microsoft.
If you downloaded it from somewhere else then you have a pirate copy and your only
solution is to buy a genuine copy.
I don't think you can download the full suite, not sure about that, but the Home
and Student upgrade is available for download.
