If you can't make the effort to write in comprehensible English, or to give a proper description, why do you think that anyone would put effort into trying to work out what you are talking about or what the solution might be ??

Is it a USB keyboard ? Is it a USB mouse ? Is the mouse plugged into the keyboard or directly into the PC ? Or is it a laptop with integral keboard and touchpad mouse ?

It probably has nothing to do with either the mouse or the keyboard.
If you used disk imaging, now would be the time to restore with your saved image.
But, since you don't, you'll have to work harder.
Did you try the Last Known Good... option instead of Safe Mode?

How are you gettng into Safe Mode if the keyboard doesn't work - or is it working when you need it to get to the boot menu/make your boot choice ? Have you tried "last known good configuration" ?

Next step: I'd borrow a USB keyboard/mouse and see what happens.

At this point you should consider if there is data that needs saving.
If so you need to create a universal boot disk (d/l the iso file after a google search,
then burn it to a cd on a working computer). Then you can copy data files to a thumb
drive.
After data is retrieved, you can try repairing through the Repair Console, for which
I can give you zero advice, or do a Repair Re-install. Read here:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;315341
for details on the procedure.
