My computer completely stops when I am on the internet, or just sorting out files. When it stops I press Esc, Ctrl-Alt-Del etc, but there is no difference. I have to shut down my computer with the shut down button. Please help, it is reeealy annoying!!

A common cause can be overheating. If it is a Desktop PC, open up the side and take a look to see how much Dust has accumulated.

What shows in Event Viewer at the time of one of these "freezes" ?
