I am recovering ( slowly) from a massive virus in ths pc. When I go to my computer, the e drive reads that it is a "cdrw" , but when I put in a disc, the icon disappears. And when I try to use Roxio, it tells me I have no recordable device. Any suggestions on how to get this back to normal??? It used to work so well before the virus. Thanks Patricia

Well I'll just be brutally honest and say that the only way to totally recover from
a bad virus infection is a format and reinstall, otherwise you will be chasing bugs
down forever. As for this issue, roxio the CD-RW's driver or both have likely been
corrupted, start by uninstalling roxio and the drive then reinstalling both.
