XP laptop wanted

I have a program that will not run on VISTA, only on XP. When I look for new or
used laptops, all I can find are ones that have VISTA or 7. I need one that runs
at 2GHZ and has at least 3 GB Memory. I want a REPUTABLE source.
I have a laptop that was bought recently with VISTA on it. I spent many hours and
more money to put XP on it. Many of the functions do not work properly. It is driving
me crazy! Apparently, the hardware was designed with only VISTA in mind. Any help
out there?

This is not really an appropriate question for this forum. But more to the point
is that your opinion of "REPUTABLE" might well be different than someone else's.
It took me about a minute to find a Dell, and Acer, and an HP all with XP.

What program?
Some manufacturers still sell computers with Windows XP installed. Just one example:
http://www.dell.com/business/laptops#subcats=&navla=80770~0~4587924&navidc=LT:
Operating System&navValc=Windows 7 with downgrade to XP&a=80770~0~4587924
Windows 7 Pro or Ult have an XP Mode that runs a virtualized installation of XP.
The computer's processor has to support virtualization.
