Why won't my printer print an open office document?
It shows the correct printer when I click print but blank paper comes out, no printing. 
 
I tried going through Microsoft works word processor but somehow a part of that is 
missing and it won't load -says to reinstall Microsoft Works (I don't have the original 
CD though, it came installed on my computer)
