Blue box on right in folders missing

Hey,The blue box which is the in folders which has all the options like share etc.
is missing. Any help will be appreciated.

In the folder click on Tools on the menu and then Folder Options, on the General
Tab make sure Tasks is set to Show Common Tasks in Folders. Hope this helps!
