Get Rid of WinHelp's Contents Screen

Intended For
Windows XP
Windows 2000
Windows Me
Windows 98
Windows 95
One of the worst designs in the standard Windows help system is the new Contents window - an outline of the help file, which forcing users to hunt for information by double-clicking on tiny icons (this doesn't apply to the newer HTMLHelp-based help files). Instead of seeing a friendly and familiar introductory page, and being given an option to view the outline, users are forced to mess with this ridiculous heirarchy.

To get rid of a particular Contents screen, just delete the .CNT file from the application directory. For example, to remove the contents page assocated with WINWORD.HLP, for example, just delete WINWORD.CNT from the same folder.
